Real Madrid to Make Summer Move for Saido Mane

By Daily Sports on March 27, 2019

According to reports, Real Madrid are set to make a big money move for Liverpool’s Sadio Mane at the end of the season.

Zinedine Zidane’s return to the Spanish capital has sparked renewed optimism at the club. The Frenchman will bring confidence back to the changing room, but will also reportedly be boosted with a huge transfer budget in the European summer.

The reigning UEFA Champions League champions have endured a season to forget and are set to end the campaign without a trophy – having won three European titles in succession under Zidane before his resignation following the club’s 3-1 win over the Reds in Kiev.

Marca report that the Frenchman will launch a £73 million bid for the Senegal international ahead of the 2019-20 season.

Mane was previously linked with a move to Los Blancos last year, after scoring Liverpool’s solitary goal in their final defeat to Real.

The 26-year-old has been key to Liverpool’s title push over the last few weeks and has scored nine goals in his last nine English Premier League fixtures.  (African Football)
