Nigeria representatives in continental club soccer contests, Lobi Stars of Markudi and Enugu Rangers, have both advanced into the preliminary rounds of the CAF Champions League and Confederation Cup respectively, a report this morning by Vanguard said.
“Lobi,” according to the report, “beat visiting USM de Loum of Cameroon 2-0 to book their place in the Champions League, while Rangers defeated Ethiopia’s Defence Force S.C 3-1 to advance with a 5-1 aggregate score.”
Further details were not immediately available.
