Toni Kroos is backing Real Madrid to play their way out of a dip in form, with similar struggles having been countered by three Champions League triumphs over recent years.
The Blancos have seen a positive opening to the 2018-19 campaign snapped by an alarming wobble over recent weeks.
A four-match winless run has seen the Santiago Bernabeu giants drop precious points in La Liga and the Champions League.
While that sorry sequence of results is an obvious problem, an inability to net any goals during it is of greater concern.
Madrid have lost their spark, with Julen Lopetegui now facing uncomfortable questions just a few months into his reign.
The international break offers some respite for Real, with domestic action taking a breather.
They will, however, face a number of crucial clashes when they return to action, with their next three games set to see them face Levante, Viktoria Plzen and Clasico rivals Barcelona.
Kroos remains confident that the Blancos will come good, with past experience having taught them how to handle tough times.
He posted on Twitter: “Two weeks of disappointing results, games and also bad luck.
“We deserved more points because we didn‘t play that bad - but it is what it is.
“Don’t forget we also had these moments in the past three years... Will be a great challenge to stand up again! Hala Madrid!” (Goal.com)
