Chelsea are preparing a bumper bid for Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey .
The Daily Mail says Ramsey is in the final year of his contract at the Emirates, and as yet there has been no agreement about a new deal.
Manager Unai Emery is still confident that the 27-year-old will stay but the club want the situation sorted before the start of the season when the transfer window closes.
Chelsea are watching the progress of the negotiations and if it appears there will be deadlock, they are preparing to move in.
The asking price will be about £30million for Ramsey, who has won 53 caps for Wales and was part of the squad that reached the semi-finals of Euro 2016. (Tribal Football)
