Former Nigeria U17 forward Kingsley Dogo Michael has agreed a five-year professional contract with Serie A club Bologna FC on his 18th birthday Saturday.
“Kingsley has signed a long-term contract with Bologna Saturday, which is also his 18th birthday,” a source told SCORENigeria
“He is highly regarded at the club and so got a good deal.”
Michael has impressed training with the first-team squad of the Italian club as well as the youth team.
He will have the good company of compatriot Orji Okoronkwo, who he has played alongside with at the Nigeria U17s and U20s.
Okoronkwo signed for Bologna last year when he also turned 18 and he has since debuted in Serie A.
