Domestic league matches will again be live on SuperSport from Sunday.
SCORENigeria reports that the live streaming will begin with the Oriental Derby between local rivals Enyimba and Abia Warriors in Calabar
The last NPFL game to be broadcast by SuperSport was in Week 14.
An insider informed that: “All things being equal, the first match on SuperSport Television since the blackout will be between Enyimba and Abia Warriors in Calabar on Sunday.”
It is believed that the South African TV company has now reached a new agreement with the League Management Company (LMC) over TV rights for the NPFL after a series of meetings.
LMC officials have been shy to comment on what the new agreement will be now, but some have assured the NPFL is back on the TV screen.
