Enyimba FC chairman, Felix Anyansi-Agwu has counselled the People’s Elephant to be more clinical in front of goal and learn to take their chances after they were held to a goalless draw against Abia Warriors.
The seasoned administrator disclosed that having dominated the game for most part of the encounter, the team ought to have converted opportunites that came their way at the Umuahia Township Stadium.
“It is a build up and every point is very important. It is better than losing and I think the boys gave a good account of themselves and it is a continuum process. I believe they should be able to up their game next time.” Anyansi Agwu told Goal.
“Sometimes when you have a grip of a game you are supposed to take your chances. It was a game they ought to have won.
“Every game is different and they can take this kind of approach when you have a game wrapped up you are supposed to kill it and when you keep missing opportunities you are giving you opponents advantage.” (goal.com)
