Enugu Rangers’ midfielder, Godwin Aguda, has stated that the Flying Antelopes will be focused on delivering a win away to Ikorodu United on Sunday.
Ikorodu United FC battle to beat the drop has ended but the Oga Boys have been talking tough ahead of their weekend tie with Enugu Rangers at the MKO abiola Stadium, Abeokuta.
"We are almost there and that doesn't mean we are there. There are talks of an easy ride against Ikorodu United but we know that matches aren't won on paper. We have to go out there and win then we can talk," Aguda told Goal.
"Ikorodu United have shown that they truly want to play if one considers their recent result. They even won against Heartland at Owerri but we are determined to secure a win first and then move on."
Rangers are a point clear at the top of the log with 57 points, but Rivers United, who are second with, will host Abia Warriors in Port Harcourt. (goal.com)
