This is to inform the general public, and the Lagos State Government that certain Debo Oshundun who is parading himself as the Chairman of Sports Writers Association of Nigeria (SWAN), Lagos chapter, is an impersonator.
Just recently, the National Industrial Court of Nigeria, NICN, Lagos Judicial Division under the Lordship of Justice M.N Esowe who is also the head of court 2 Lagos upheld National SWAN under the leadership of President Honour Sirawo and Olatutu Oladunni, the current Chairman of Lagos SWAN who were sued by Debo Oshundun and his fictional exco team.

Having undergone hearing process before Her Lordship Justice M.N Esowe, hereby struck out the Originating Summon presented before the court of law by Debo oshundun and now upheld Olatutu Oladunni her Exco members and National SWAN.
To set the record straight, we will like to notify the pubic that Lagos SWAN has a legally constituted and elected Executive Committee headed by its Chairman, Olatutu Oladunni and recognised by the National Executives of SWAN being led by Sirawo Honour security agencies across boards and reputable Institutions.
Please note that Lagos SWAN and its Executive Committee is not in anyway associated with Debo Oshundun and his so called Executives..
A certified member of SWAN is first recognised by his or her registration and issued SWAN ID card which is duely approved as registered members by the National Body of SWAN.
