Chelsea have approached Juventus for Euro 2020 star Fede Chiesa.
His displays this summer have unsurprisingly prompted speculation about a big-money move away from Turin.
And according to BILD's football chief Christian Falk, Chelsea have asked Juventus for Chiesa and placed £85.1million (€100m) as a basis for negotiation.
However, Falk claims the Serie A outfit have declined talks altogether, with Chiesa seemingly not for sale.
