Manchester City striker Sergio Aguero is keen to hear from Chelsea, it has been revealed.
Aguero’s desire to break Premier League records has boosted Chelsea’s chances of signing the Argentine this summer, says the London Evening Standard.
Aguero is set to become one of the most sought-after free agents in world football when his contract at Manchester City expires at the end of the season.
He is aware of interest from Chelsea, who are determined to improve their attack and are also targeting Borussia Dortmund star Erling Haaland.
While Aguero is also tempted by potential moves to Barcelona, Real Madrid, Juventus and Paris Saint-Germain, sources close to him insist his determination to move up the all-time Premier League goal-scoring charts could see him stay in England.
The 32-year-old is No4 in the list of leading scorers, with 181 goals – just six behind third-placed Andy Cole. (Tribal Football)
