Liverpool Putting Off New Contract Talks With Real Madrid target Salah

Liverpool are putting off new contract talks with Mohamed Salah.

The Daily Star says Liverpool are said to have other priorities before agreeing a new contract for star forward Salah.

The Egyptian forward expressed his admiration for Real Madrid and Barcelona in an interview with Spanish outlet AS last month, fueling speculation over his long-term future at Anfield.

Salah's contract runs out in June 2023 but Reds chiefs believe there are other players they will focus on first when it comes to discussing new contracts.

Among those is Gini Wijnladum, whose deal expires in June. (Tribal Football)
