Arsenal Keeping Tabs On Traore Brothers

By Daily Sports on April 2, 2020

Arsenal are reportedly keeping tabs on Ivorian brothers Hamed and Amad Traore.

According to 90min, the Gunners are interested in the siblings, who are making waves in the Serie A this season.

Hamed, 20, is currently on-loan at Sassuolo from Empoli for whom he has scored four goals in 22 appearances across all competitions this season while playing mostly as an attacking midfielder.

Younger brother Amad, 17, is a product of Atalanta’s youth academy. The right winger has made three Serie A appearances this season; scoring on debut in a 7-1 win over Udinese.

Arsenal will reportedly face competition from Serie A holders Juventus, who are said to have first refusal on Hamed.

The Gunners have a strong affiliation to Ivorian players with Elephants winger Nicolas Pépé the club’s record signing. Ivory Coast legends Kolo Toure and Gervinho also played for the North London club.
