Russian Firm, Nigerian Partners Hunt For Football Talents In Warri

The management of Lucid Sports from Russia and Nigerian partners, P sports Football Academy, are in Warri, Delta State, for a football talent hunt.

The three days scouting programme kicked off yesterday, Monday, December 16, 2019 at the Warri City Stadium with 20 teams featuring.

According to the Technical Director of the programme, Atune Jolomi, the aim of the programme is to hunt for good players and the best three players selected will be taken to Russia, where they will be playing football while also going to school.

The Main Scout of the programme, Paul Ojo of P Sports FA Limited, explained that they are in Warri to get good players born in 2003 and 2004.

“You see, we will go to other states but for Warri it is going to be every year,” Ojo informed.
