Super Eagles captain Ahmed Musa was among the scorers in CSKA Moscow’s first pre-season game of the year at the team’s training camp in Spain.

The Russian army team defeated Swiss side FC Sion 4-0 on Wednesday and the former VVV Venlo forward scored the second goal for his team in the 43rd minute.

Musa said his target is to score goals when the league resumes as he is happy to score in first game of the year.

“It’s our first game of the year and I am happy to score,” he said.

“My dream is to score goals, so I am looking forward to score as many goals I can score to help my team do well when the league resumes.”

The Jos-born player scored six goals at the end of the first round of the Russian Premier League. (mtnfootball.com)
