Watford’s Nigerian striker Odion Ighalo has been named winner of the Barclays Premier League Player Award for December 2015.
A breaking news flashed on the league’s official website said: “Watford’s Quique Sanchez Flores and Odion Ighalo win Barclays awards for December”. Quique Sanchez Flores is Watford’s Manager. He won the manager’s award for December 2015.
Ighalo was in blistering form in December, scoring five times in five appearances during the month.
The former Granada CF and Udinese man has scored 13 goals for Watford in 21 league matches this season.
