Anthony Joshua Sends Message To His Enemies

By By Niall Doran on August 16, 2018

The cut throat world of professional boxing has slowly eroded the previously held public persona of the nice guy, humble Anthony Joshua over the last year or so, to where he is now being more himself and to the point in interviews and on social media.

And rightly so.

At the end of the day he’s the heavyweight champion of the world and you don’t get to where he has without been able to flip that switch to a bad man when the times comes inside the ring.

The sharks are well and truly circling the champion now with talks that Tyson Fury and Deontay Wilder will face off before the end of the year.

The winner of that fight will make a bout with Joshua next year genuinely huge. The biggest heavyweight fight since Lennox Lewis vs Mike Tyson well over a decade ago.

Speaking today on social media Joshua had a clear message for his enemies who might not be speaking to one another, according to Joshua:

"My enemies wanna be friends with m other enemies."

Putting one’s self in Joshua’s shoes, it must be frustrating for him to see his two closest rivals, Fury and Wilder, and the brink of a huge fight before the end of the year. (www.boxingnewsandviews.com)
