Over 1,000 youth to converge Saturday at National Stadium Lagos for Smile Africa programme

Over 1,000 youth will come together at National Stadium Grounds – Surulere, Lagos, 7:00am to 10:00am on Saturday, June 16, 2018, for Smile Africa, an initiative of Art of Living to bring wellness and happiness in Nigeria and across Africa. The programme aims at introducing the masses to a way of healthy living in the modern lifestyle. The programme gained popularity in East African Countries – Kenya and Uganda where it was first introduced. People participated in large numbers and benefited from the tools and techniques demonstrated in the programme.

Smile Africa is being organised in partnership with Nigeria Olympic Committee and is exclusively being sponsored by MyMy.

Smile Africa workshop consists of:

Exercise: exercises, warm ups, stretching, Zumba, Sports Yoga, Super brain yoga.

Interactive games: fun filled team building games with practical learning & wisdom.

Mind relaxing/breathing techniques: easy to do instant energising breathing techniques, mind relaxing techniques.

Live music: some upbeat fusion music by Mr Nitin Dawar with Indo-African band of Nigeria.

Dance: celebration by dance on some popular songs.

The trainer, Mr Nitin Dawar, is an internationally acclaimed trainer of health, wellness, life skills and corporate excellence. He is a guitarist, singer, composer and a famous live performer from India.

Art of Living has been working across 155+ countries to spread peace and harmony and bringing a smile to everyone’s face.
