Tuchel prefers Bayern to Arsenal

By Nelson Dafe on March 27, 2018

Former Borrusia Dortmund coach Thomas Tuchel favors a move to become Bayern Munich coach rather than becoming manager at Arsenal.

In recent days it had been reported that Tuchel was in discussion with Arsenal to succeed Arsene Wenger at the end of the current season, but it has emerged now that his preference is to become Bayern's manager as current coach Jupp Heynckes steps down in the summer.

Sky Sports reports that there has not been any contacts between Tuchel and Arsenal's representatives.

It is also  believed that if he doesn't land the Bayern job,Tuchel will much rather prefer to be Chelsea's manager because he feels the structure of football administration there suits him better.

While it is believed Tuchel is open to the idea of moving to the Premier League ,he wants a club in the elite cadre and one willing to spend the money to compete in the Champions League and for the domestic league title and feels that Chelsea fit that mould more than Arsenal.
