Liverpool Lining Up Move For Toni Kroos

By Daily Sports on January 13, 2022

Liverpool are reportedly determined to sign Toni Kroos during this summer's transfer window and are preparing to make a £25m offer for the Real Madrid midfielder.

The 32-year-old only has 18 months left to run on his contract at Bernabeu but recently said that he wants to end his career with the Spanish giants.

Kroos has again been a key player for Los Blancos during the 2021-22 campaign, making 21 appearances, contributing three goals and three assists in the process.

However, according to El Nacional, Real Madrid are yet to open talks with Kroos over an extension, which has attracted the attention of Liverpool.

The report claims that Reds head coach Jurgen Klopp would be 'delighted' to sign the Germany international, and the Premier League club are preparing to place a three-year contract offer on the table.

Liverpool are said to be hopeful that an offer in the region of £25m would be enough to convince Real Madrid to sell the four-time Champions League winner. (Sports Mole)
