Levante have signed Moses Simon from KAA Gent on a five-year deal, the Spanish side confirmed on Monday.
The Granotas revealed the deal on their official website, with the Nigeria international moving to La Liga for an undisclosed fee.
The 23-year-old was entering the final year of his contract with Gent, with whom he won the Belgian title in 2015, and his fine form in the Jupiler League had reportedly attracted interest from Liverpool.
Before moving to Belgium, he represented Slovak side AS Trencin for a year, and made his Nigeria debut in 2015.
The left-sider played a key role for the Super Eagles during their qualifying campaign for the 2018 World Cup, but missed the tournament after picking up a thigh injury on the eve of the competition.
Earlier on Monday, another Nigerian, Samuel Kalu, left Gent for Ligue 1 side Girondins de Bordeaux.
