She was the number 13 overall pick.

The dashing striker, whose parents are from Ibadan, has said she wishes to change her international allegiance to Nigeria after she has represented USA at U17 and U23 levels.

The exciting player, who has been described as “a big-time player”, has always said she hopes to turn professional and preferably to play in Europe.

Toni’s brother, Stephen Payne, is with Portuguese club Estoril and has featured for the USA U20s, who are preparing for the forthcoming U20 World Cup in South Korea.
